Swim Team assessments are typically held monthly. Please continue to complete the interest form to receive information on the next round of assessments.

It is recommended that children age 8-12 complete the YMCA Swim Lesson Curriculum through the Stroke Mechanics level. Children age 5-7 should have completed swimming lessons through the Water Stamina (preschool) or Stroke Introduction (school age) level.
