Athletes In Training
Athletes In Training (AIT) is a pre-season sport specific program that is geared to enhance athletic performance. The program is designed with the athlete in mind. Each workout incorporates games, workouts, and a time of self-reflection. We believe that building student athletes is more than just moving your body.
Athletes in Training at the Coppell Y
Athletes in Training is an eight-week program designed to increase agility, speed and strength to increase an athlete’s performance. Participants will meet with a certified personal trainer for two 1-hour sessions per week.
Ages: 8 to 17 years

Ages: 8 to 17 years
Sessions will take place Thursdays 6:00-7:00 PM and Saturdays 10:00-11:00 AM.
