Wellness Counseling
At the YMCA, we care about your health. Research tells us that our weight loss journey starts with nutrition and accounts for 85% of our total goal. Many of our health care problems are the result of acute and chronic conditions related to poor nutrition like heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and obesity. Wellness counseling can provide structure and accountability to help not only reach our weight loss goals but also help you feel better. Our counseling is tailored to meet the needs of your personal goal.
