With swimmers ranging in age broken down by division, smaller and larger teams compete in a variety of individual swims and relays including freestyle, butterfly, and breaststroke, amongst others.

Swim Team Prep and Swim Conditioning classes help with the adjustment from swim lessons to swim team. Classes will focus on improving technique, increasing endurance, and teach swim team basics such as starts, turns, and finishes, in addition to swim team terminology.
