Dance
At the Y, we believe Arts and Humanities are essential to the overall youth development, and offer programs such as dance to expose youth to new experiences and opportunities. Dancers will build self-confidence and self-esteem while developing social skills and healthy relationships with other participants.
Learn the fundamentals of dance including basic motions, steps, styles and routines.

Private Dance Lessons
Private dance lessons at the Y offer personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored to each dancer’s goals, style, and experience level.
Sessions are led by Kassidy Green, a professional dancer and Booker T. Washington graduate, and will help to strengthen rhythm and increase ability to follow choreography. From first dances to freestyle fun, Kassidy works with individuals, couples, and dancers of all ages to build technique, refine movement, and create unforgettable moments on the dance floor.
Participants must be age 5 years or older.
Package includes eight (8) 60-minute sessions.
Sessions may be scheduled Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 11am and 2pm OR 4pm and 8pm.
*Registered participants will be contacted 1-2 business days after purchase to schedule sessions.
