Karate
Karate is defined as a Japanese art of self-defense employing hand strikes and kicks to disable or subdue an opponent. At the YMCA, we strive to provide a family friendly self-defense training environment that encourages the development of discipline, self-confidence, and the ability to reach the fullest potential, both physically and mentally.
