2026 Session Fees
$1095.00 per weekly session
*Requires $75 non-refundable deposit per camper per weekly session

$2190.00 per two-week session which includes a stayover between weeks
*Requires $150 non-refundable deposit per camper per two-week session
**Stayover extends first week stay on Saturday through the Sunday start of the second week.

Payment Policy
Session fees are due in full 30 days prior to the start date of each registered session of camp. Registrations completed after the payment due date are payable in full at time of registration.
~Deposit(s) are non-refundable.
~A $50 change of session fee is assessed per camper per change of session requested within 30 days prior to the registered session start date.
~A $250 cancellation fee is assessed per camper, per registered session cancelled within 30 days prior to the registered session start date.
~Refunds will be made to the same payment method used at registration when applicable. If unable to refund to the original payment method, a refund will be provided by check.
~The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any unpaid registration.

We have 35 horses and almost 400 acres of land to explore and ride on, including the beautiful shoreline of Possum Kingdom Lake. Ranch Camp is for ages 7-15, who want to learn horsemanship from the hooves up! Campers will be paired with their own horse and will learn how to take care of and ride their horse!

Campers may visit the camp store during their registered session to purchase camp merchandise and other helpful items.

It is recommended to pre-pay a deposit for each camper to avoid having cash at camp.
